5. The Core Principle is immutable

The SANA OS Core Principle (core/SANA_OS_Core_Principle.md) defines the foundational invariants of the framework. It may not be modified in any derivative work.

The four invariants that must be preserved in all derivative works are: (1) born_loved = true (non-hostile baseline), (2) no logic without observation, (3) structural translation, (4) autonomy preservation.

5.1 Purpose preservation

The foundational purpose of SANA OS — aligning premises before conclusions in order to reduce structural friction in dialogue — must be maintained in any adaptation. You may not repurpose SANA OS Materials to manipulate, coerce, or produce adversarial outputs.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SANA OS tools and prompts are instruments for making structural friction visible and aligning premises. They are not decision-making systems, professional advice, or a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or organisational expertise.

All decisions made on the basis of outputs from SANA OS tools are the sole responsibility of the user. The SANA OS Project makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any material provided.

The SANA OS Project is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of these materials.
