# Terms of Use

## 1. Free access

LLM Ambiguity Lab v2 is provided as a free research and educational resource. No payment or account is required to use the public interface.

Free access does not by itself place the project, documentation, source code, structured data, or project name in the public domain.

## 2. Permitted use

You may use the public Lab for lawful purposes including:

- personal learning;
- teaching and demonstration;
- research;
- AI and agent-system design discussion;
- internal architecture exploration;
- citation and commentary;
- linking to the canonical public page.

You may quote brief portions of the documentation with appropriate attribution, subject to applicable law.

## 3. Repository and source licenses

Where a repository, directory, or individual file is covered by an explicit license, that license governs the material it covers.

These terms do not override an applicable open-source or content license.

Where no separate license grants additional rights, public browser access alone should not be interpreted as an unlimited redistribution or relicensing grant.

Do not redistribute a modified version in a way that falsely represents it as the official LLM Ambiguity Lab v2 release.

## 4. Attribution

When publishing academic, technical, or substantial derivative discussion based directly on this release, attribution should identify **Deshimaru Sakaguchi**, **LLM Ambiguity Lab v2**, and the canonical page.

## 5. Educational simulation

The Lab is a deterministic architectural simulation.

It does not provide:

- an objective truth determination;
- hidden model reasoning;
- hidden motive inference;
- a calibrated premise probability;
- a guarantee of safe downstream execution.

`FACT` is a functional premise category, not a verification result.

## 6. No professional advice

The Lab and documentation are provided for research, educational, and design-exploration purposes. They are not legal, medical, financial, security, psychological, safety, or other professional advice.

## 7. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use concepts, examples, code patterns, schemas, or outputs from the Lab in any real system.

Before using similar control logic in a production or high-impact environment, perform appropriate testing, risk assessment, authorization design, domain review, security review, and human oversight.

## 8. Availability and changes

The project may be corrected, revised, expanded, moved, or discontinued. Features, heuristics, schemas, and documentation may change between versions.

When reproducibility matters, cite the version number and retain the specific release files used.

## 9. Third-party and related resources

The Lab links to SANA OS, LLM Ambiguity Lab v1, and may link to other public resources.

Those resources may have separate terms, licenses, privacy practices, versions, and availability.

## 10. Privacy and local processing

As implemented in v2.0, the simulation logic runs in the browser and does not require an LLM API call or persistent learning mechanism.

This statement concerns the Lab's simulator logic. The web host, network infrastructure, browser, or other services may process ordinary request metadata or logs independently.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive information merely to experiment with the public demo.

## 11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Lab is provided on an **as-is** and **as-available** basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No warranty is made that the Lab will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, semantically accurate for arbitrary free text, or compatible with every browser or system.

## 12. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project provider is not responsible for decisions, deployments, losses, or harms resulting from treating this educational simulator as a validated truth-classification, psychological-inference, agent-safety, or production decision system.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 13. Version boundary

These terms apply specifically to **LLM Ambiguity Lab v2.0**.

LLM Ambiguity Lab v1, other SANA OS resources, and future releases may have different capabilities or accompanying terms.
